Item grading & Authenticity

Grade	Description	Typical Signs of Wear
New with Tags (NWT)	Item is unused, with original tags/packaging still attached.	No wear, unused, pristine condition.
New without Tags (NWOT)	Unused, but tags removed.	No wear or marks, may have been tried on only.
Excellent / Like New	Used but looks brand new.	No obvious signs of wear, no marks, stains, or defects.
Very Good	Lightly used, well cared for.	Minimal signs of wear such as slight fabric softening or light surface scratches.
Good	Regularly used but still in good, functional condition.	Some visible wear e.g., minor fading, pilling, light scuffs, or small marks” but no major flaws.
Fair / Acceptable	Clearly used, but still usable for its intended purpose.	Noticeable wear, heavier fading, scratches, stains, or repairs; still functional.
Poor / For Repair or Upcycling	Not in fully usable condition without repair.	Damage such as broken zips, missing buttons, structural weakness, or large stains/tears. Sold as-is.

Items are authenticated and inspected in house however we offer the option to purchase a Entrupy Certificate at a cost of £25 to the buyer if they wish for additional authentication.

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

10. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your order, please contact us in the first instance at [your email/contact form].
We will aim to acknowledge your query within 2working days and provide a full response within 7 working days.

Informal Resolution

We will make every effort to resolve the matter informally, either through replacement (where possible), repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and our returns policy.

Escalation

If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may request that the complaint is escalated to a senior member of our team who will review the case independently.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If we are unable to resolve the dispute internally, we will inform you of your right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. While we are not obliged to use ADR, we are willing to engage with a certified ADR scheme.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this dispute process affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you remain dissatisfied, you may bring a claim through the courts of England and Wales.
